Membership
Join the BSUCMPC community and gain access to savings, loans, investments, and financial assistance programs designed for your growth.
Follow these six simple steps to become a BSUCMPC member.
Register and attend the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES). This is mandatory for all applicants and covers cooperative principles, rights, and obligations.
Gather all required documents: valid government-issued ID, TIN, 1×1 ID photos, and the completed membership application form.
Decide on the membership type that fits you — Regular, Associate, or Laboratory/Kiddie Member — and prepare the corresponding initial fees.
Submit your application form and documents to any BSUCMPC branch. Staff will review your application and guide you through any remaining steps.
Pay the required membership fees, share capital, and other initial contributions at the cashier. You will receive your passbook upon payment.
Your membership is now active. You can start enjoying all the benefits, services, and privileges available to your membership type.
Prepare the following before submitting your application.
Choose the membership type that best suits your age and financial goals.
