About the Program
The Laboratory Cooperative (LABCOOP) is BSUCMPC's youth membership program designed for young Filipinos aged 0 to 23 years old.
LABCOOP instills the values of savings, mutual help, and cooperative living in the next generation. Accounts are co-managed with a parent or guardian who must hold an active BSUCMPC membership.
With over 9,000 LABCOOP members, the program is one of the largest youth cooperative initiatives in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
Initial Investment
Why Join
Young members open a savings account managed with guardian supervision, cultivating the habit of saving from an early age.
Members learn cooperative principles and financial literacy through the cooperative's education programs.
Young members can participate in cooperative activities and events, building a sense of community.
Upon reaching 18 years of age, LABCOOP members may upgrade to full Regular Membership and access all loan and assistance programs.
How to Apply
Know and prepare the following documents before visiting our nearest BSUCMPC branch.
Member must be 0 - 23 years old.
Duly accomplished membership application form and signature card.
A parent or guardian with an active BSUCMPC account is required.
Two (2) pieces 1×1 ID photo of the guardian or parent.
Two (2) pieces 1×1 ID photo of the child
Photocopy of the guardian's/parent's valid government-issued ID with 3 specimen signatures.
