- The columbarium can be transferable.
- With perpetual care of P6,000.00/unit, one time payment.
- Price per unit as follows if paid one time, total price applies; if loan availment selected amortization in the table (left) applies with a diminishing interest; no service fee and insurance charges.
- If fully paid transfer fee of title or certificate shouldered by the availor in the amount of P1,500.00 plus notarial fee (P,2000.00).
